What is the benefit from drinking ozonated water?


The main purpose is to increase the oxygen levels in the body. It's been reported from numerous sources that drinking ozonated water increases oxygen levels within minutes. This may produce a variety of effects, including increased energy, alertness, and increased body functioning, which can help with Cleansing and Detoxing functions.

Dr. Robert (Bob) Beck was one of the first to popularize drinking ozonating water for its health benefits. His main interest was increasing the body's ability to eliminate toxins and speed up the healing process while reducing detox reactions.

Don't drink ozonated water late in the evening. Higher oxygen levels may cause an increase in internal body temperatures a number of hours later as a result of an increased metabolism, which can cause you to wake up in the middle of the night feeling quite warm. Drink it in the morning and throughout the day, but no later than around 7pm or 8pm.
